ARMRA

ENTRY PERIOD:
The sweepstakes begins on September 10, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 8, 2025 (“Entry Period”) with the exception of mail-in entries, which shall end at 11:59 PM EST on November 1, 2025 (“Mail-in Period”).

HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, purchase a new 30-day Unflavored Jar subscription from Unflavored Jar and upon carrier-confirmed delivery of your first shipment, you will be automatically enrolled in the ARMRA Protocol. Current subscription customers who participate in the ARMRA Protocol will earn one (1) entry into the sweepstakes upon enrollment. New subscribers who participate in the ARMRA Protocol will earn one (1) entry into the sweepstakes after the second subscription order is billed, within 6 weeks of the initial subscription order. Returns, cancellations, and chargebacks shall void entry into the sweepstakes. If you would like to enroll to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes without purchase or subscription, you may submit an entry by mailing a 3x5 inch card with your full name, cell phone number, email address and mailing address to 529 W. 41st Street, Mail Box #409, Miami, FL 33140, denoting “ARMRA Protocol Subscription Sweepstakes” during the Mail-in Period. Limited to one entry per person regardless of which entry method is used.

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ARMRA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. ARMRA’s decisions regarding eligibility and in all other matters related to the Sweepstakes shall be binding and may be made in ARMRA’s sole discretion.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION:
A random drawing will be conducted on December 15, 2025, to select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period/Mail-in Period. The winner will be notified via email within 1 business day of the drawing. The winner will have 48 hours from the time of notification to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random.

PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive a free 12-month subscription to ARMRA Unflavored. The prize includes up to 12 recurring orders of one jar of ARMRA each, with a Shopify discount code provided for use. The discount code is valid for the first 12 recurring orders. After the 12-month subscription period, the winner will be automatically enrolled in a paid monthly subscription at the regular subscription rate unless the subscription is canceled. To avoid being charged for the 13th order, the winner must cancel the subscription within 7 days after the 12th subscription order. Winner must enter a credit card during checkout, which will only be charged if additional items are added to the order. No cash or other substitutions will be allowed.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS:

• After receiving 12 orders (one per month), the subscription will automatically roll into a paid monthly subscription.
• The winner will be charged for any add-on items ordered during the checkout process. The credit card entered during checkout will be used for these add-ons.
• Winner may cancel the subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
ARMRA and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance of the prize. By entering the sweepstakes you waive all right to, and release and hold ARMRA and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, employees, officers, and directors, harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense of any kind relating to or arising out of your participation in the sweepstakes or use or consumption of any prize. By entering the Sweepstakes you agree that any and all claims, judgments, and penalties, damages, or awards shall be limited to the actual out of pocket costs incurred in entering this sweepstakes.

GOVERNING LAW:
This sweepstakes and all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes, suits, actions, or proceedings arising our of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

PRIVACY:
By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to ARMRA's Privacy Policy. 

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ARMRA at  529 W. 41st Street, Mail Box #409, Miami, FL 33140, within six (6) months of the end of the sweepstakes period.
