ARMRA

ENTRY PERIOD:
The sweepstakes begins on September 10, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 8, 2025 (“Entry Period”) with the exception of mail-in entries, which shall end at 11:59 PM EST on November 1, 2025 (“Mail-in Period”).

HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, purchase a new 30-day Unflavored Jar subscription from Unflavored Jar and upon carrier-confirmed delivery of your first shipment, you will be automatically enrolled in the ARMRA Protocol. For existing subscribers, the ARMRA Protocol begins at opt-in. All participants in the ARMRA Protocol will earn one (1) entry into the sweepstakes after six (6) weeks of continuous subscription. Returns, cancellations, and chargebacks shall void entry into the sweepstakes. If you would like to enroll to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes without purchase or subscription, you may submit an entry by mailing a 3x5 inch card with your full name, cell phone number, email address and mailing address to 529 W. 41st Street, Mail Box #409, Miami, FL 33140, denoting “ARMRA Protocol Hotel Sweepstakes” during the Mail-in Period. Limited to one entry per person regardless of which entry method is used.

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ARMRA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. ARMRA’s decisions regarding eligibility and in all other matters related to the Sweepstakes shall be binding and may be made in ARMRA’s sole discretion.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION:
A random drawing will be conducted on December 15, 2025, to select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period/Mail-in Period. The winner will be notified via email within 1 business day of the drawing. The winner will have 48 hours from the time of notification to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random.

PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive a free three night stay at the 1Hotel property in South Beach, Florida. This prize also includes a gift card for credit towards airline flights for travel to the 1Hotel property. 1Hotel nor any airlines for which the gift card may apply are sponsors of ARMRA or these sweepstakes. Hotel booking must be made within twelve (12) months of the date of the prize issuance. Hotel booking and availability of dates are subject to change; blackout dates and events apply and include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

• December 2025: 12/1-7/2025, 12/21-31/2025
• January 2026: New Year’s Weekend, MLK Weekend
• February 2026: Presidents Weekend, Wine & Food Festival
• March 2026: Miami Music Week & Ultra Music Week, Miami Open Tennis (last 2 weeks)
• April 2026: Easter and Passover
• May 2026: Miami Grand Prix
• June-July 2026: World Cup Period (June 11-July 19, 2026)
• December 2026: Art Week, Festive Season

GENERAL TERMS:

• By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to allow ARMRA to use your name, city and state of your hometown, biographical information, and email for marketing purposes. You may opt-out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email.
• The winner may be required to provide identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release of liability, which must be returned within three (3) days of receipt.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made.
• The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. The winner understands that the retail value of the prize is approximately $___________ and that there may be federal or state taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
ARMRA and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance of the prize. By entering the sweepstakes you waive all right to, and release and hold ARMRA and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, employees, officers, and directors, harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense of any kind relating to or arising out of your participation in the sweepstakes or use or consumption of any prize. By entering the Sweepstakes you agree that any and all claims, judgments, and penalties, damages, or awards shall be limited to the actual out of pocket costs incurred in entering this sweepstakes.

GOVERNING LAW:
This sweepstakes and all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes, suits, actions, or proceedings arising our of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

PRIVACY:
By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to ARMRA's Privacy Policy. 

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ARMRA at  529 W. 41st Street, Mail Box #409, Miami, FL 33140, within six (6) months of the end of the sweepstakes period.
