ENTRY PERIOD: The sweepstakes begins on March 16, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 30, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period at the 2025 Miami Open presented by Itau, visit the ARMRA booth and scan the QR code provided on signage. You will be prompted to enter your email address to receive a free ARMRA sample. By entering your email, you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes for a chance to win a free 12-month ARMRA subscription and agree to receive marketing emails from ARMRA. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. No other form of entry will be accepted. You may enter only once during the Entry Period.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ARMRA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes entries are limited to one entry per person and one entry per household. ARMRA’s decisions regarding eligibility and in all other matters related to the Sweepstakes shall be binding and may be made in ARMRA’s sole discretion

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted between March 31st, 2025 and April 4th, 2025, to select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email within 1 business day of the drawing. The winner will have 48 hours from the time of notification to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random. If none of the first Ten (10) selected winners claim the prize within the 48 hour window, the prize will be forfeited and not awarded.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a free 12-month subscription to ARMRA. The prize includes up to 12 recurring orders of one jar of ARMRA each, with a Shopify discount code provided for use. The discount code is valid for the first 12 recurring orders. After the 12-month subscription period, the winner will be automatically enrolled in a paid monthly subscription at the regular subscription rate unless the subscription is canceled. To avoid being charged for the 13th order, the winner must cancel the subscription within 26 days after the 12th subscription order. Winner must enter a credit card during checkout, which will only be charged if additional items are added to the order. No cash or other substitutions will be allowed.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS:

• After receiving 12 orders (one per month), the subscription will automatically roll into a paid monthly subscription.
• The winner will be charged for any add-on items ordered during the checkout process. The credit card entered during checkout will be used for these add-ons.
• Winner may cancel the subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

GENERAL TERMS:

• By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to allow ARMRA to use your name, city and state of your hometown, biographical information, and email and Phone Number for marketing purposes. You may opt-out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email.
  
  
• The winner may be required to provide identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and applicable tax forms, which must be returned within three (3) days of receipt.
  
  
• The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made.

  The winner understands that the retail value of the prize is approximately $1,440.00 and that there may be federal or state taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
  
  
  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ARMRA and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance of the prize. By entering the sweepstakes you waive all right to, and release and hold ARMRA and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, employees, officers, and directors, harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense of any kind relating to or arising out of your participation in the sweepstakes or use or consumption of any prize. By entering the Sweepstakes you agree that any and all claims, judgments, and penalties, damages, or awards shall be limited to the actual out of pocket costs incurred in entering this sweepstakes. Participants with known diary allergies should consult a healthcare professional before consumption.

GOVERNING LAW: This sweepstakes and all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes, suits, actions, or proceedings arising our of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
