I stopped taking ARMRA for a short while and after a week I could feel the difference. My goal now is to be more diligent about my health and more consistent with taking this supplement.

I bought these for the first time for travel.
I have been using for about 1.5 years. I use plain, in my mouth. The taste is kind of like sweet milk,but it is not sweet. It comes with it's own little scoop and I use 4 in the am. I LOVE this and can't be without, SO I think I need to do the subscription.
