Muscles are feeling better after taking

Someone told me they were putting colostrum in their coffee and because it's not my position to tell them how to spend their money, I just told them I am paranoid about damaging the stuff and used cold brew or cold, filtered water. I enjoy the routine and with shredded/shaved ice or in a shake with dark chocolate chips. It's really sweet but might work with a single serving frozen yogurt, ice cream, gelato etc.
