I've tried several health trends recommended by my favorite YouTubers from AG1 to magic mind; and although I can't complain about the others; I've never seen results like those from ARMRA. I have been shocked by the difference in my gastrointestinal health. The extra 5 lbs around my waist, bloating, and general unease after eating have been significantly reduced if not completely eliminated after one month of regularly taking ARMRA. I just turned 40 and have seen a noticeable thinning of hair and nails over the last 5 years. The thin patches around my temples are already filled in by baby hairs and my nails are growing like they did in my 20s. I've been chatting with the gals at work ( I work in the surgery department at a hospital) and come to find quite a few of my coworkers over 40 are also on the ARMRA train, and have had great results. I have been taking it for about 2 1/2 months and I started taking it for gut health , bloating which it did help. However , for my surprise my main benefit was level of energy,,which it did increase tremendously by the end of my work day .
