I’ve been using this for around 3 months and can see a difference in my hair for sure. I’m 43, and for the first time in years my hair is past my shoulders. My receding in the front also has baby hairs coming in. I can say my stomach issues are better. I’m rarely nauseated but there is still bloating, especially monthly.
